Accepted Payment Methods
To provide flexibility, we accept the following payment options:

✅ HSA (Health Savings Accounts) & Benefit Cards – Can be used for eligible services.
✅ Vouchers – We accept vouchers from contracted organizations as a form of payment.
Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to confirm your appointment.
Bulk Session Pricing (Discounted Prepaid Packages)
We offer discounted bulk pricing for clients who wish to purchase multiple sessions in advance.
How It Works:
• Bulk session purchases can be made through our Shop.
• Clients receive discounted rates when booking in advance.
• Sessions can be used at your convenience within the designated time frame.

Payment & Scheduling Policy
• Sessions can be scheduled before payment, but full payment is required at least 24 hours before your appointment to secure your time slot.
• If the payment method does not go through the session will be canceled, unpaid sessions will not proceed.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule with at least 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
