Job Opening:
Jaylee Awakened Ministries is excited to announce that we are searching for a new spirit filled therapist that specializes in the treatment of adolescents and children.
Ideal Candidate:
An individual currently holding a certification in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, and TF-CBT. We will accept inquiries from Licensed and/or Pre-licensed MFTs, LPCs and MSWs. Candidates must see the importance of meeting the intersection of mental health and biblical spirituality and see themselves as an agent of healing for each client. The candidate has an updated: NPI number, CAQH ID, Individual Medicaid number and has obtained some paneling with insurance companies such as: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Wellcare, Passport by Molina Healthcare, Aetna, ComPsych, Optum, Bind, United Healthcare, Magellan and Caresource.
Expectations Upon Hire:
The therapist will create their own schedule as a contracted employee working at least 16-24 hours per week. Keep all client billing, personal and emergency information updated in the client portal. Create notes following all significant client communications. Call new referrals and schedule new clients within 24 hours when possible. Communicate suicidally at risk clients as soon as possible, following the session or during (at therapist’s professional discretion). Keep all licensure information in yearly compliance. If changes are needed to occur for client payment, changes will be made within 24 hours ( between M-F). Complete paperwork within 24 hours for insurance clients. Complete paperwork within the same week for non-insurance clients. Diagnosis and initial assessment will be completed within 24 hours of initial appointments (insurance). Will be expected to work on location at private practice’s South Lexington Location along with providing Telehealth.
Provided by Private Practice:
A room supplied with a child-centered environment access to a printer, bathrooms and waiting area. Access to therapist portal and a private personal phone number to provide clients. Along with, access to HIPAA compliant Telehealth services. The private practice will provide professional liability insurance, access to documents to assist in end-of-year tax preparation and a profile for therapists on Psychology Today, Therapy for Black Girls, etc.
Income:
Fully Licensed Therapists will take home 70% of payment from all payers (self-pay, insurance, etc). Pre-licensed Therapists will take home 55% of payment from all payers (self-pay, insurance, etc). Therapists will be paid weekly.
