At Jaylee Awakened Ministries, we are committed to providing exceptional support and service to all our clients. To ensure that we can serve everyone effectively, we have established the following Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Late Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a $20 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $20 no-show fee will be charged.

Free 30-Minute Consultation Policy

Clients who book a free 30-minute consultation are allowed only one late cancellation or no-show. If a client fails to attend or cancels late more than once, they will no longer be eligible for a free consultation in the future.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you experience a valid emergency preventing you from attending or canceling on time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Payment Procedure

All late cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file within 48 hours of the missed appointment.
