Welcome to Jaylee Awakened Ministries, LLC. By accessing our website, watching our signature webinar, booking a Faith Lab Fit Call, or enrolling in the Faith Lab Challenge (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Jaylee Awakened Ministries, LLC offers educational, coaching, and spiritual-formation experiences for Christian clinicians and helping professionals, including a signature webinar and the Faith Lab Challenge, available at Teaching, Implementation, and All-Access VIP levels.

These Services are not therapy, clinical supervision, or legal advice. Participation does not create a therapeutic or supervisory relationship. Participants remain responsible for reviewing and complying with the professional laws, licensing requirements, and ethical codes that govern their own practice.

Enrollment and Payment

Prices for each access level are listed on our website at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
Payment is processed through Wix Payments. By purchasing, you agree to Wix's applicable payment terms in addition to these Terms.
Access to Challenge materials and resources is granted according to the access level purchased.

Refund Policy

If the Faith Lab Challenge isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund any time before the end of Day 2 of the live Challenge week. To request a refund, email Admin@jayleeawakenedministriesllc.com before Day 2 ends. Refund requests made on or after Day 3 of the Challenge will not be honored, since Challenge teaching, live Q&A, and any personal implementation support have already been delivered by that point.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including webinar recordings, workbooks, planners, checklists, and other materials — is the property of Jaylee Awakened Ministries, LLC and is provided for the personal use of the enrolled participant only. Materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared outside your own practice without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and not to:

Share your access credentials, purchased materials, or Fit Call booking link with anyone who has not purchased access
Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or professional ethical standards
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website or Challenge platform

No Professional or Medical Advice

Nothing provided through the Services should be understood as therapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of any particular business or financial outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions made in your own practice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaylee Awakened Ministries, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable access level.

Changes to the Challenge

We may adjust Challenge dates, format, or included resources as needed, and will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
