Meet Terry Ray
Terry Ray is a husband of more than 13 years, father, ministry leader, mentor, and nonprofit executive with more than a decade of pastoral and leadership experience.
Over the years, he has served as a Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, ministry board member, and nonprofit leader, helping individuals, families, and emerging leaders navigate some of life’s most important decisions.
Today, Terry serves in a director-level leadership role while continuing to mentor and counsel men in areas of marriage readiness, leadership development, relationships, responsibility, and family vision.
Known for his direct communication, steady leadership, and practical wisdom, Terry helps men move beyond uncertainty and into intentional action.
His approach is grounded, honest, practical, and rooted in biblical wisdom.
