Let Freedom Ring | Founding Enrollment
Build the Practice You Are Called to Steward.
Faith Lab: The Founding Circle is a twelve-month mentorship for Christian clinicians and helping professionals who want to build a faith-informed professional life and private practice, with wisdom, structure, discernment, and room to grow.
Founding enrollment closes Monday, July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Founders begin receiving exclusive early access August 1. The formal cohort begins September 1.
Founding Year
An inaugural year of formation, faith, and wise structure.
This is not just another course library
Information Was Never the Missing Piece.
You may already have information.
Trainings attended. Notes taken. Podcasts finished on the drive home. Ideas saved for the practice you hope to build someday. But information alone does not always create movement.
Faith Lab is a room for professionals who want to build with more than inspiration. It is for people who want structure, discernment, mature formation, practical guidance, and a place to keep returning to as they build.
Who this room is for
For the Professional Who Knows There Is More to Build.
You want to build a practice with room for your Christian conviction and your professional responsibility, held together rather than kept in separate rooms.
You are tired of piecing your path together from disconnected trainings, borrowed advice, and saved content that never quite becomes a plan.
You want confidence in what belongs now, what can wait, and what deserves deeper formation before you build on it.
You want to grow in private practice, business, discernment, faith in the profession, and professional maturity, one year at a time.
You want a room that honors wise structure and the living leadership of God in the same breath.
The monthly rhythm
A Year of Teaching, Formation, and Forward Movement.
One Live Teaching Each Month
A focused teaching from Jaylee on faith, practice, and professional formation, delivered live and added to the library afterward.
One Live Group Q&A Each Month
A space to bring your real questions in real time, alongside others who are building at the same time you are.
A Growing Library Between Sessions
Recordings, tools, and resources that accumulate across the founding year, ready whenever you need to return to them.
Group Q&A is educational in nature. It is not individual clinical supervision, case consultation, or legal advice, and questions are addressed as time and format allow.
What we will build together
Six Recurring Themes of Formation.
Faith-Informed Professional Identity
Naming what it means to practice from conviction, not compartmentalization.
Private Practice Foundations
The early decisions that shape everything a practice becomes.
Business and Sustainable Structure
Systems and rhythms built to hold weight over time, not just this season.
Discernment and Wise Decision-Making
Learning to recognize what belongs now, what can wait, and what needs more counsel.
Professional Boundaries and Mature Leadership
Leading yourself, your clients, and your practice with steadiness.
Practical Tools, Resources, and Implementation
Turning teaching into action with templates, checklists, and working frameworks.
These are recurring formation themes explored across the founding year, not a fixed certification curriculum.
The growing library
A Library That Grows With the Room.
You will not be left with one live call and nowhere to go. You will have a growing body of material to return to as you build.
- Selected existing trainings
- Practice-building resources
- Foundational professional-development materials
- Worksheets and planning tools
- Selected modules and resources as they become available
- Any CE-approved content specifically marked as such

Meet Jaylee
The Room Behind the Room.
Jaylee Cunningham is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida who has also gone through the process of multistate licensure, a prophetic coach, intercessor, and founder of Jaylee Awakened Ministries.
For more than ten years, she has done this work from wherever she was planted, seeing clients in her living room before eventually building a six-figure practice with a 3,000-square-foot office. Along the way she paneled herself with more than ten insurance companies, hired administrators, and brought on contracted staff who went through her two-year Prophetic Therapy certification program.
Jaylee knows what it feels like to carry a vision before every detail is visible, and to build it one faithful season at a time.
Faith Lab was created for clinicians who sense that private practice, or a more faith-aligned professional life, may be part of what God is inviting them to build next.
